Outstanding Refund

We purchased couches from this company. The couches was damaged and we informed them on the day of delivery about this. We were ignored for 2 weeks and this was only attended to when we refused to make a payment for the outstanding amount. The damaged pieces were picked up by the store for repairs as they did not have a replacement unit and the repair looked terrible. We requested a refund. They could not stick to the arranged times to pick up the unit and now they are unable to refund us as the store does not have the funds available to pay back the deposit.
