Outdoor Umbrella

trust this message finds you well. I Bought this outdoor umbrella from house and home Greenacres port elizabeth on sunday 9 December 2018 llast week.

Had it bolted to the ground and it broke a day later. I countacted house and home and was transfered to a lady called Simone. I was told by the saleslady that there is a 12 month garantee and now they no longer honouring this. Note it broke 2 days later.

Soo disappointed after promised a full refund from Simone House and Home and now they changed their minds. Now I’ve lost the Umbrella and money.

Could you kindly help or direct me to someone who can assist in this matter.
