ORDER *** still no delivery time

House and home is honestly the worst! I paid for my order online 12 days ago. Promised delivery time was 7-10 days-which is already more than other retailers!No feedback was given on the 10th day although it was promised!Call centre is useless-they answer your call and then transfer and nobody ever answers,So I expect their records show excellent response time ,but in reality you remain on hold with no answer!A waste of time and airtime!I then decidie to be accomadating considering the flooding in KZN and decided to allow a slight delay until the end of this week.Guess what still no feedback and today is Thursday afternoon.When this order was placed no mention was made of no stock on the website!now im meant to accept that stock will arrive whemn it arrives.my advice..Don't order online!Dont order at all-go to GAME or MAKRO instead
