Online telephonic support and Tracking order

I am unhappy about the support i received so far I phoned 3 times to the online support each time had to hold on 15 minutes Tracking via your web site is also a laugh As i completed the order number as supp**** by email and added my phone number On.submit it displays an error needing the order number an phone number Who checks that these form are working plesae fix it It is nit a giid reflection on your companI.also added this to Hello Peter
