Online shopping a Big NO Pathetic service

I should've checked the reviews 1st before I went online shopping Online shopping is for convenience but clearly not with House & Home I placed an order on the 24th of Nov, got a call that I could collect on the 27th The store advised me that they don't have stock as the supplier is out of stock I'm trying to call them I have to hold on so long after which I end the call I don't receive a response on my email The stores refuse to assist as they keep referring me to the online customer service centre I will never utilize your service again I just hope I will be refunded as I don't want the items any longer I have done so much online shopping with your competitors and clearly your service is pathetic
