Bought DefyOven and Hob Combo online Online Order # *** 08 May 2025. No option for additional warranty available when buying online. Hob is not working. Took me 2 days phoning around as per their web site to find out what I need to do. Eventually was told to send a mail to onlineshopping @shoprite.co.za. 1st mail 10 June 2025, 2nd mail 17 June 2025. Still no response via mail or phone. Hob is still not working. Contacted DEFY directly Ref *** on 26 May 2025. The guy was here once, made several appointments but every time he has got some kind of problem to get here. Almost 2 months and the HOB is still not working.
