Online purchase still not available for collection

I purchased a washing machine online. Their delivery charges are ridiculous. They wanted R550 additional after I had already paid for the machine. I opted to pick up instead and suddenly they dont have stock. A week later. I am still waiting for them to source it. Poor online shopping. Not customer friendly or convenient. Wish I bought elsewhere.
