Online order - Terrible service

Good day I place an order online for an air fryer to collect from the Potchefstroom branch on Monday, 16th January 2023 I received a notification to collect on Friday, 20th January 2023. I phoned the Potchefstroom store to confirm that I can collect. Upon arrival, I was informed that they have received the confirmation to release the order. I then contacted customer service whilst in store and was informed that I can collect my order as it has been authorized. I waited over an hour to receive my order as apparently it was not authorized for release.
