Online Department ***********

I am extremely extremely angry and disappointed at the service received from House and Home online shopping i ordered stuff on black Friday and to date i have not received my order, what annoys me the most is i call them on a daily basis to get feedback but all they do is take my number and say they will call me back which they never do, they don't respond to emails either Noni Nkabinde sent me an email on Tuesday saying they wl arrange for me to pick up my stuff by weekend which is tomorrow but today i sent an email to follow up on that but no response at all, Her manager Terry was also copied in all the correspondence but has not bothered to say anything about my order,

Online Department is ***********, they never return calls, then whats the purpose of an online platform if you are failing to deliver,,,

I have been greatly inconvenienced by you guys as I needed my order this Saturday as I will be leaving Jhb tomorrow which i did communicate with Noni, Why commit to something if you are not gonna deliver????

I am never buying from House and Home again and will advise my friends, colleagues and family not to buy from you guys as well,,,

Please respond to my emails and call me i want my order and now I will be unable to arrange for transport as I wont be in Jhb, the least you can do is update me on what's going on
