Ok furniture online shopping service is terrible.

I bought a fridge on the 25th of November 2022 and I received a confirmation email that the fridge will be within 5-7 working days.

A week later I followed up, I was told that they couldn’t confirm my payment, I must email them a proof of payment, which was strange when they sent an confirming the purchase and expected delivery time, I sent them the proof of payment, they were requesting.

When I followed up again mid December, they told me, item was out of stock and the were not sure when will the item be available again, they said it could be sometime in January 2023.

After back and forth emails with the online shopping team, they advise me to choose another brand of fridge, and I did, it was in the 22 December 2022.

After that they just went quiet, I followed up again, they told me they waiting for a delivery schedule to my area, they can not even give me a time frame.

Until today I am still waiting for a fridge i bought on the 25th November 2022.
