OK furniture is the worst

Worst place to buy anything, everything i bought from them has broken more than a few times and the customer service is even worse, i must drive to their store or call them to see how things are going and then they dont give me straight answers, i am still waiting for my amplifier for my sound system that already broke down for 5 times sofar and its not yust my amp, my washing machine broke 3 times, my tv broke, my fridge broke 3 times, all i can say is this is realy the worst place dont ever buy anything their i am constantly waiting months for stuff to return to me. If anyone can give me some advice on legal action i can take please contact me.
