Not Taking calls or emails

Sales reps in stores dont return calls Customer Care number on their website goes unanswered Tried sending email via their website and that too does not work,

VERY Bad way to treat a 2month old Customer of yours. Starting to regret my purchase at your company. Only regret I DONT have is the Edblo bed I bought seems perfect thus.
