Not happy with the product 😕

Message: I purchased a Restonic bed base set on 8 Feb 22, house and home Roodepoort in faith that the Restonic speaks for itself, i bought it cash with hope that this will last me a long time. To my disappointment this RESTONIC bed is very hard and no comfort. My body is painful. Tried to return the bed before 7 days but they don't want to help me
