Non-existent After Sales Service

Never buy any furniture from Checkers House and Home Westgate Roodepoort. They collect a two seater leather lounge suit which the wood at the back is broken at 9 o clock and then they tore the corners while moving it and put it on a bakkie tied it tight down with ropes with no covering and no protection. We insisted on a new 2 seater as they damaged it. The branch manager lies and keeps you on a string. Gets other staff to phone you who lies even more. Got promised a new couch from Thursday 02 Dec and nothing happens. You get phoned twice to say the driver will deliver today. Nothing happens. Branch manager is useless. Dont try phoning him either he ignores your calls and avoids you. Dont even phone the landline thats another story as they dont even answer. After sales service is non existent. Once they got their money the service is out the door. This is now going to be a legal case. Think twice before buying anything from them.
