No view of Online Purchase
Placed an order online for outdoor furniture on 27 November. Still waiting for the confirmation of delivery date. I cannot get through to the call centre.

09 Dec 2020, 09:30After a week of trying the Online Call Centre, I eventually found a Customer Care line and guess what ? They actually care ? :)
I was put through to Kayla who turned out to be an absolute ROCK STAR !
Not only could she check my order, but she took the time to track where the stock was, when it would be road freighted to Cape Town and a due delivery date.
Now THAT is what I expect ! Thank you Kayla ... I was ready to cancel my order.
