No stock on website, but it is advertised

I ordered a chest freezer online. When I went into the store to query where my freezer was, they told me they have no stock of that freezer. Why do you add stock to your website if there is no stock and you do not know when you getting it? And now you want me to wait for it???? Bad service, not even a phone call to tell me that. I had to find out for myself
