No Stock

I made a purchase in April and after the final payment i was given a collection date for the 01/10/2022 but when i arrived i am told the is no stock .I had already paid the installer and now i need to pay him extra for the delay house and home is causing .I am furious as i don't think House and home takes clients serious and now i am left furious and i am told there is nothing they can do i need to wait for the 15/10/2022.Yet i paid .Can someone look into the this request as i am left with unnecessary expenses that i won't be reimbursed for
