No service, no respect, no hope

If I could give no stars it would've been appropriate for the service that is have not received.

I have been waiting since the 10th of December for a fridge I bought online, delivery stated 7 working days.

When I phone to try and locate the product I get a consultant screening at me to check online and then continues to put me on hold, or I call through to head office and they transfer me or they hang up the phone.
