No Service at all

I bought a fridge from House and Home the end of February. one week after I bought it it was not getting cold. I have been trying to call the call centre for 3 weeks now. spent a fortune on cell calls just to sit in a que for up to 45 min at there call centre. I have not even been able to speak to anyone yet. I am so angry now because i have no fridge and my 7 days to contact you are over.
