No response on Edblo bed complaint

I bought a Edblo bed in March 2021. The bed has a warranty of 10 years. In the very same I complaint at the store House and Home Kimberley and I was not assisted so I referred my complaint to the manufacturer Edblo they assisted me to replace my matrass. However I seem to believe that the product is faulty as I can't complain every year about this same thing. I have send an email on 18 March 2023 to both the store and the manufacturer but till date I did not get any feedback from either of them, hence I am reporting this matter to you for assistance.
