No RESPONSE!?

I purchased a reclining lounge suite from the Cape Gate branch on 9 March and have since requested 4 times that cleaning instructions and information regarding the material be sent to me. I have received NO RESPONSE!

The one seater sofa is slanting to the right and looks very uneven. On the day of delivery the delivery guy said he can't see the slant but it is becoming more and more obvious. Very disappointed in the overall service I am receiving from a store that I've always held in high regard.
