No refund

<p> On the 15th of March 2017 i layby a lounge suit with R15000 from House & Home in Somerset Cape town then i decided to cancell it. Then i was told that 1% will be deducted for the cancellation and R14500 will be refunded back to me.</p> <p>Till today no refund recieved, when i called the manager i was told that i must wait until they have cash in store which there is no gaurrante as the most of customers pay with debit or credit card.</p> <p>Now i am struggling to get my money back and i need my money as soon as possible.</p>
