No Printing paper for tickets

Stand in the line for 30 min to print my computicket bookings. Only to find out that they dont have paper to print it! What itter unprofessionalism. Almost every tv in the store is on advertising that money market can book tickets for computicket, buy because *********** staff cant manage the store properly to give what is advertised!
