No help from House & Home Westville

I bought a Tv in August last year at house & home westville, 5 months later my TV stopped sworking, it was not showing pictures, i took it back to where i bought it, which is House & home westville, they advised that it will take about 21 days for the TV to be fixed. Since then i am the one that has been following up on the progress of fixing it, the only thing the lady tells me is that they have booked it for repairs. No one from house n home has called me to tell me what is happening. They call everyday if they want you to buy or open an account but when the item you bought gives you issues, no one cares. When i phone to follow up, the lady tells me about 21 days. I just need them to fix my TV that all.
