No frost defy fridge frosting within a week of purchase at House & Home, Westgate

I purchased a no frost defy fridge on the 29/11/2022 for R7999-00. They didnt have stock and gave me a floor fridge. A week later i called the store to complain that the fridge was frosting. I was informed that they will replace it as soon as they got stock. In Jan 2023, i followed up the matter, and still no stock. In February, the store sent a mechanic from defy, who informed them that the fridge was functioning well. I engaged with the store manager, Mr Imraan, who is not prepared to replace the frosting fridge with the no frost. The defy nechanic has been sent the second time on wednesday, the 22nd Feb,to reassess the frosting fridge. Im requesting my money back as the store is not prepared to assist me positively with this matter
