<p>Good day, </p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a bed at Alberton City branch in December 2015.</p> <p>We have noticed that the springs are making noise and this is very uncomfortable . We went to report this issue on the 17th of April 2017 at the store, and we were promised that a technican will contact us the next day and to date we have not recieved a call or reply from the store. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please contact me urgently as i need this issue to be resolved. </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Fikile Makuwa (Mrs) </p> <p> ********** </p>
This is really bad service as I received a call a few days after I lodged the complaint, and I was promised again that the technicians will contact me. Since then I've been waiting, it's been almost 3 months and I'm still waiting.
