no delivery no date when to expect delivery

hi i purchased a bed on 27/11/2015 i was advised my bed would be delivered monday 30/11/2015,its the 19/12/2015 i have not received a call or a sms to notify me if there are any issues with stock etc i have called the store a few times and waited for a long time to receive any feedback. this service is unacceptable and i want my bed delivered by monday 21/12/2015.<br>
