No customer satisfaction guaranteed at House & Home

Baught a fridge at House&Home at East rand Mall, Boksburg on a black Friday Special, Thabisile the sales rep has promised that they do have the fridge and will be delivered on Sunday. We decided to pay cash for everything including transport, I have been calling since Monday and she has been promising that when I get home at 17h00 they will deliver the shipment, Today is Friday and I am still waiting for my fridge to be delivered I tried calling the sales rep on the number she shared with us and she does not seem to be interested to answer my calls, I even tried calling the manager on *** and no one is bothered to answer my call how can I come back to a shop like this in future where the sales reps decide to push the sale and put customer satisfaction last.
