No customer care

Very unhelpful staff. Have a take it or leave it attitude. From the minute we asked for help, the "saleslady" muttered under her breath and tried to loose us. Item on shelf a Kenwood chopper had no protective plastic on the blades, had no box or anything else. When I asked for discount I was told to go to the shop next door. No discount. When I asked her to ask her manager she went to some man on the floor, he didnt even look up, just shook his head. I was very displeased with this type of "service". What happened to customer care?
