No commitment and not complying to verbal and written contracts .

On 24th of november 2017 iy was black friday and i hemwathie chunder visited the store to purchase the latoya 2DIV H/theatre black advertosed for R5999.00 .i agreed to take oy on 30 months finance. I submitted all my reqyired documents. On 27th i visited the store i was told that they could not get in contact eithwith my employers to comfirm my employment therefore they did not approve as the lines were down. I spoke to the sales person and told him if i can purchase it cash duevto all the running around he confirmed i could ,the same day my family member passed away and i told the sales person that i would come and finalize the purchase on 30th november 2017. He confirmed i could and agreed that we will meet on thursday. I visited the store on 30th of november and i was told that he is on leave for the day however i could continue to finalize the sale. I payed an amount of R5799.10 and a R600 deposit on 24th of november 2017 which they used for delivery of the item. In total i payed R6600. A receipt was given to me together with an invoice which reflected the normal price of R9999. I confirmed that my salesman tofether woth the manager indicated that i will still fet the price of R5999 as i vsoted the store on the 24th and when my salesman returna from leave the adjustment will be affected. I was told that they are awaiting new stocks and as soon as they received same will be delivered to mu adress. On the 1st of december to my sjock and utter dismay when i went to the store on the 1st of december 2017 o was told the price went back to normal and all types of excuses. There was another lady who slso was treated in the same manner . She laybyed chairs and when she went to do her payment ,House&Home informed her that they can not gaurantee keeping the chairs for 12 months. She was so dissapointed that she had made payment and onlu to be told that she needs to rake back her money bit only quarter of the amount they gave her. I as a customer am so disappointed the way tgey treat cudtomers , they dont keeo to their commitment,they dont keeo to their word. I visited the store 4 times and i had to being paper work ,there was traffic,there was deatb in our family and despite all that i comp**** with all the requirements an in this late stage when i went to the store to filloe up in delivery all types of excuses were made.
