No after sales service

Sales process and sales advisor was excellent. My lounge suite was delivered faulty and 1month later still waiting for a technician. Calls from the store with promises to call back even confirmed a day for the tenician to come out... NOTHING. Left messages on the customer care website with confirmation emails.... NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING... Still have a New faulty lounge suite
