Nightmare during lockdown

Its with the greatest disappointment that I had to experience this bad one. I brought leather couches in late 2015 and never used them until the time of lockdown, it literally to those couches 2 weeks to be in their worst state of peeling of like you blowing leaves with a air compressor. I reported the matter the representative said she is just a worker can't do anything about it. They asked for photos of the seaters and never responded until I followed up and no help no commitment at all from house and home staff. I spent R24000 cash buying dining and sitting room set my lounge looks like I have been existing for more than 100 years even my great grand father's furniture don't look anything like what I have in my home.. please be wear of what you buy do not buy any leather or wooden furniture it's made out of plastic and paper if you need proof come to my home. What really gets me to be so said is that they do not want to take responsibility of what happened. I am very disappointed. It cut me deep. Instead of getting to tackle the complaint and seeing that their suppliers delivers quality to them they don't want to take the blame.
