Newcastle house n homes pathetic service

Fedup with asking people to help for a damaged bed i bought in March but it seems like once you buy something they dont care after service .... i have been complaining since May about this arabian knights bed and the stork clerk laughs at me gave me an email adress to send pictures still not even a responce i have had it please help me complain to the ombudsman Newcastle House and Homes after service is ridiculous
