Never shop at House&Home

I bought a couch from House & Home N1 City last year and after 6 months of making the purchase, I needed a part of it repaired. I contacted the store and I was told that it would be collected for repairs, which it was.

This was 11 November 2017. I waited weeks without anyone calling me to update me on when I would receive my product back 3 weeks later, I was called by store staff and was told that my couch would be delivered by the end of Nov. I waited and nothing. I called the store on the 5 December and was told that the couch had not been repaired as they were still waiting for parts from a supplier.

I told them that family would be coming down for Christmas and I needed the couch for added sleeping space and I was told it would be delivered before Christmas of which it wasn't. I called the store again a few days after Christmas, furious! And asked when the couch would be delivered and was told that their supplier was closed for the year and would only be back on the 5th of January.

Let's just say that today is the 29 January 2018 and I have heard nothing from the store since. I have had so many issues with House & Home before more specifically the N1 store and never again!
