Never go to house and home to purchase a bed. If you value your money.

The experience I had with you guys is very pathetic I had bought a bed with you last year which was a restonic coral. I bought a bed sometime in June then on September it was already sinking with holes in it. I complained to the store and the guy that assisted me with purchasing the bed told me I need to pay for a delivery mind you when I purchased the bed cyril never told me that I need to take a store delivery so that if I experience any issues the store will cover the cost but he said to me upon purchase that I need to provide my own transportation. Because I wanted a new bed I paid for a second delivery whereas at first I paid600 for delivery now I had to pay another 400rnd.in February this year I went to complain again about the same issue the bed is sinking and it has holes ND making funny noises I even have pictures of it. But nobody is attending to my issue I even sent cyril the pictures but I have no response from you guys. I'm never going to buy anything from your store and not even a single member of my family nor friends will I recommend to you guys even my colleagues know of the bad customer service you guys provide..

I wish I had took my money and bought a bed in some Chinese shop. I'm sure they would have provided a better bed and a good customer service as well.
