Never buy Whirlpool washing machine from House & Home

My daughter bought a Whirlpool washing mashine in 2018, with a Guarantee for 2 years the entire machine plus a further 8years warranty on the motors of the machine. The spin motor stopped working in May 2026. I alerted the repair agent and House & Home customer care and the local House & Home branch in Potchefstroom. The warranty is still active and valid for another 2 years. The company accepts Manufacturer's Warranty responsibility however has done nothing to repair the Whirlpool washing since I reported the defect machine that still has 2 years left on it's warranty.. South African custmers must not invest in purchasing of a Whirlpool washing as the company and the manufacturer fail to honour their contractual warranty obligation. The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Their promises about the warranty on this brand is.false and misleading statement of fact.
