Never buy frome house & home again

Hi bought a defy washing machine from house& home mayville on the 23rd of January and it didn't work. After 3 weeks off phoning and going back to the store someone came to look at it on the 13th of feb. Telling me that its normal for my washing machine to sound like a jet taking off when its spins. Now i went and took it back to the stoor for a refund and now the stoor tells me they need to send a new person to come and check the mashine before they can refund. No house & home! PAY BACK MY MONEY
