Never buy from online OK Furniture I am still waiting for the things I have bought in 28 November 2023

I have bought 4 plate stove and deep freezer on the black Friday (28 November 2023) online and chose pick up store to be Idutywa OK Furniture, but have not received my order today, have called the store numerous times and they been telling me that they are waiting for the stock and have been calling the online customer service and there they have been giving me empty promises that things will be delivered to the branch within the week but nothing has been delivered, they do not call me I have to use my own airtime to follow up on the goods that I have purchased long time ago, I informed the online team via email that I was purchasing the items for Christmas but I only received an response email from them on the 11 January 2024 informing me that they will deliver the things to the store but till today I have not received my goods

People please never ever buy from OK Furniture store their customer service is very bad it's been months I'm still waiting for the items that I have purchased and no one calling me to provide me with an update they are bad if there is no stock why not refund my money so that I can go buy to another store
