Never buy appliances from this people.... day light *******!!!!

I've never been so humiliated and undermined in my life...

2018/11/23 when to house & home (Sandton) to buy a JVC flat screen TV as it was black Friday and it was on sale. Didn't need to use the Tv immediately after buying it because we had a main Tv in the launch. beginning on January started using the Television and sadly I could only use it for a month because in the beginning of February It started giving us issues as the screen started to be half and be bleary on the top.

Decided to take the Tv Back to west gate as sadly they advised me that it has a crack that's why its giving me issues and they do not cover that because it is my fault as I had it for 4months already.....I really feel humiliated and disrespected at this point in time because I would never bring a Tv that I have broke my self.

Spoke to the manager there Nolizwe Nhlabathi and she made it clear that she will be not assisting feather.

Why did this guys sell me a damaged TV that is not in good standing and accuse me of braking it??? I am not a Tv expect how was I supposed to see that the Tv is not ok and bring it immediately, Why are they running away from their responsibly and except their mistake .
