NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HOUSE & HOME

Buying from House & Home Capegate mall is the worst decision I have made! The application process alone took forever with a lack of communication from the store. I bought a Samsung double fridge door and it was delivered with scratches. I reported it and I have been waiting for almost a month now to get it replaced. Every time I have to follow up with the store, they do COMMUNICATE with their customers. If ONE person from their complaints department is not at work, no one seems to be able to assist. This was certainly my first and last purchase from any House & Home store.
