My freezer brcken after 3 weeks

I bought a KIC freezer from your Brits Mall store on the 4th of November, From the beginning of last week I am trying to get hold of the store but the phone just keeps on ringing. I then phoned your head office and was told that somebody will be in contact with me. I then received a phone call the next day from one Josef who gets this....works for OK Stores?!?!?!?!?!?! How does that happen???? I then went on to communicate with House and Home on their feedback page but nobody came back to me so far!!! Despite the loss of all the meat that is going off...

So what now?????
