I bought a Restonic bed at House and home in Greenacres port elizabeth for plus minus R10 000 cash in June 2023, then just three months the mattress sagging and I went to the store and chat to the salesman then he told me what are the steps to follow, then I went back other day and got the Lady who was helping me to get the mattress sorted or rectified the issue, up on follow up the situation regarding my complained they "House and home" gave me a response from Restonic bed that up on their investigating has found that the mattress is not sagging but they never come and investigate the mattress where did they went to investigate and l failed to understand why l have to struggle as customers who paid full price in cash and when l'm experience a problem with my purchase is an issue, l'm appealing to HOUSE AND HOME to do a follow up because l'm the victim of the product l bought in their shop floor in Greenacres and was not the first time I'm experienced such a Restonic product problem within the same store so why l have to suffer as a customer or because I bought cash so must keep their problem l wanted a to last more than 10 years as warranty not issues
