Most uphaling service ever!!!

So firstly I was told I would not be helped because the store is closing in the next 40minutes, so its best I came back tomorrow because they are also human and need to go home. To make thinhs worse Nthabiseng the rudest person ever, 0% customer service s****s, who kept talking over me when i asked questions, did not know what to do but was not asking for assistance from her managers. She then finally told me whatever I wanted to do because I told her how dissatisfied I am with her service. I walked out of the shop not helped.
