Most pathetic service

House & Home Roodepoort is the most pathetic store I've ever had to deal with. They don't even deserve one star. Furniture received was damaged, I informed them and they never called back. I've had to follow up every few days. After more than a month, I received a replacement which was in worse condition than the first. Sent that back and received a third replacement which was also damaged. Asked for upliftment of everything and refund, was told they would call me regarding collection of the furniture, never happened until I called them. Even after that, I'm still waiting for them to collect the furniture. Two months and counting of useless and pathetic service.
