Missing Order NO FEEDBACK

Placed an order online, and paid for it 20 days ago, still no delivery, no feedback from suppliers or store, and customer service is pathetic. Requested a refund. Horrible awful service with a promise of 7 to 10 working days for delivery ! More like 7 to 10 years !
