Misleading Pictures on Website and Delivery Hassles

<p>I had been shopping around for a 3 piece lounge suite for a while and came across the Bianca set on the House & Home website. The picture advertised was of 2 two-seaters and a wingback chair. I signed up for an account and paid using my card. I was contacted by House & Home to verify my details, and honestly, dealing with the consultant was a good experience - she was kind and friendly when she called me. As I work in the service industry, I am unable to leave work at any time and specifically set aside two days away from work to be able to receive the delivery. Delivery was paid for on the 8th of December and I specified that delivery could be done on either the 12th or 13th. Delivery was not done on either of those two days and as much as I was disgruntled and did contact House & Home, I decided not to make a fuss of things as it is the festive period and I understood that an outsourced company was responsible. Delivery was eventually done on 15th December and a family member was luckily at home to receive the lounge suite.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I got home I noticed that there were only 2 two-seaters delivered, and on checking the order form I noticed the description reading as BIANCA 2PCE L/S GIGI BROWN *B*. When I had placed the order, I thought the 2 piece referred to the two-seater and that the wingback chair was counted separately. There was no information listed under 'the Additional Information' tab which clarified what exactly was included and I thought the picture indicated what exactly I would get. On the website, both pictures listed for the item featured both the two-seaters as well as the wingback chair. Only when I returned to the website to confirm the picture I had seen, did I notice that the same picture was also used for a 2.5 division couch in same range and that the picture was not indicative of the actual product purchased. Keep in mind that this was not items added for decorative purposes, but part of the suite range.</p> <p> </p> <p>Someone, anyone, kindly assist in this regard.</p>
