Misleading n contriducting advertising

Terrible service and misleading advertising. I wanted to purchase a bed online however I tell the lady that OK furniture got the bed much cheaper and please beat the price I was told they can't cause its a Shoprite group we as customers don't know which group yourl belong too me as a client as far I know Shoprite is a grocery store. So at the fact that I called your customer service I was assisted by a lady named Michelle, the lady does not have patience and starts shouting please train your stuff properly and to have ethics and professionalism in a business. I don't see no where under T and Cs that yourl as house and home cannot beat OK furniture write it in your T and Cs then we as customers know that. Don't be misleading n advertise falsely cause house and home is contriducting themselves. I will walk into game stores now and they beat the no big drama n letters from competitors and things needed. So don't mislead yourls costumers and advertise falsely. I will never buy anything from house and home again. Be transparent to customers.
