Mirror Samsung Microwave

I had a bought a mirror Samsung Microwave in February 12th 2021 cash at the Tokai branch in Cape Town. I was moving in my newly built apartment in Kenilworth. I had used it and had no problems with it until beginning of September it just stopped working. I had asked my partner to take it to the store and called in the next day to find out when I would get a new one. I spoke to a lady named Mikayla and she told me that the technicians found ****roaches in the Microwave and the 10 year warranty that it has automatically been voided. I asked her to send me pictures that she said were taken of the microwave as I was completely shocked because the apartment I’m staying in is newly built. I called in a week back and still waiting for her to send me the pictures. I called in today and they told me that she was off duty that I must wait for her until she comes back to work. I’m disgusted at this service and want my Microwave. I don’t even understand how a microwave could stop working after 6 months of buying it and I’m expected to buy a new one.
