Microwave

I bought a. 42L Kelvinator Grill Microwave on 20/11/2015 @ HOUse and HOme Westgate and now not even 2 months later it is not working. I called House and Home on 04/01/2016 and was told that I have to bring the microwave back because they did not deliver it. I'm upset because I have to now use my time and put effort into getting it there and be inconvinienced by being without one for some time because the lady said that Kelvinator Technitions only start working on 18/01/2016. What would have happened if that thing was a gift for someone staying in Tosca or some other place. I want my money back so that I can go else where and get better service.
