Messed Around House And Home

We bought over 15 000 rands cash furniture from them. We opened the out door furniture only to realise it was broken. I have called the salesman a few times and he was all about the sales not at all interested in assisting. I have spoken to the sales manager he said he was going to assist me but he has not. I waited 2 weeks before I contacted him again. He said he was going to help nothing has been done now he has asked me to deal with the Branch manager I'm sick and tired of being messed around and people just care about the bucks and not customer services.
